Challenge
In order for a prospective Frontier customer to view plans in their area they have to enter their address. The API call could take up to 2 minutes to serve them the products they are serviceable for.
As a result of this long wait time we saw a large percentage of customers abandon the experience before entering the cart. Due to tech limitations we weren’t able to cut down on the wait time so we were tasked with coming up with a more interactive loading screen.
